On the morning of March 18, 2025, the Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Center (ITPC) officially held a press conference to announce the 4th Ho Chi Minh City International Food and Foodstuff Exhibition (HCMC FOODEX 2025). The event will take place from April 16 to 19, 2025, at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC), District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

The exhibition aims to honor and promote Vietnamese agricultural and food products under the theme “Sustainable Green Natural Products”, and will feature various side events such as business matchmaking, international buyers’ programs, and seminars. It promises to be a powerful platform to boost the presence of Vietnamese brands both domestically and globally.

HCMC FOODEX 2025 will bring together over 350 exhibitors showcasing agricultural products, value-added processed foods, spices, food additives, beverages, machinery, and other sectors of the food industry from countries including South Korea, Japan, China, Malaysia, and Vietnam. The event will also welcome over 100 local and international buyers from 15 countries.

This year’s highlight is the participation of buyers from the Horeca channel (hotels, restaurants, catering). Over four working days, the exhibition is expected to facilitate more than 1,000 B2B matchmaking sessions tailored to business needs, ensuring compatibility and optimizing results.

A special feature of the event is the MASTER CHEF OF FOODEX 2025 competition with the theme “The Essence of Vietnamese Cuisine,” featuring renowned chefs and an international jury panel from Vietnam, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the USA.
