THE FOUNDER AND DEVELOPMENT VISION

The founder, Tang Shen (Shen Lunzong), born in 1982 in Dayi, Sichuan, currently serves as the Founder and Chairman of SHENTANG Food Group. He completed his EMBA programs at the Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance (Wudaokou) and the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB), and is a designated lineage disciple of Chef Peng Ziyu.

Embarking on his entrepreneurial journey in 2002, he has guided SHENTANG’s development based on technological innovation, food safety, and sustainable growth, transforming the enterprise into a leading flavor solution provider for global restaurant chains.

OPERATIONAL SCALE AND BRAND ECOSYSTEM

Currently, SHENTANG operates 16 subsidiary companies and owns the world’s largest single-facility hotpot base manufacturing plant. The enterprise has developed a robust ecosystem featuring three core brands—Shentang, Jiuyanqiao, and Shaxuan—backed by over 8,000 flavor formulas, more than 20 patents, and a distribution network spanning 283 cities.

Its products have been exported to 26 countries. As of December 31, 2024, SHENTANG partners with 6,863 F&B brands, over 160 partner factories, and nearly 288,300 outlets, delivering comprehensive solutions ranging from R&D and manufacturing to distribution.
