On the morning of April 15, 2026, at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), the Opening Ceremony of the 5th Ho Chi Minh City International Food Industry Exhibition – HCMC FOODEX 2026 officially took place, kicking off the year’s largest trade promotion event in the food and beverage sector.

HCMC FOODEX 2026 is hosted by the Investment and Trade Promotion Centre of Ho Chi Minh City (ITPC), in collaboration with the Food and Foodstuff Association of Ho Chi Minh City (FFA) and related sectors.
