OFFICIAL REGISTRATION FOR CONTESTANTS IS NOW OPEN!

Master Chef of Foodex is an international professional culinary competition that brings together top chefs from Vietnam and across Asia. The contest is organized by the Investment and Trade Promotion Centre of Ho Chi Minh City (ITPC) in collaboration with Café Show Vietnam, as part of the 4th Ho Chi Minh City International Food Industry Exhibition (HCMC Foodex).

💫 Following the success of 2024, the competition returns with the mission to:
✨ Spread the essence of Vietnamese cuisine to the global culinary community.
✨ Create a professional environment for Vietnamese chefs to challenge themselves and enhance their skills.
✨ Discover the best talents to represent Vietnam at the “Culinary Olympic 2025”, organized by World IAC in Italy (November 2025).

✅ COMPETITION DETAILS

1. ORGANIZERS
   • Investment and Trade Promotion Centre of Ho Chi Minh City (ITPC): The leading trade promotion agency connecting Vietnamese businesses with international markets.
   • Café Show Vietnam: A prestigious international F&B exhibition with years of experience in organizing professional skill competitions, gathering culinary, barista, and coffee communities domestically and internationally.

   • UNESCO Chair under the World UNESCO Organization
   • WORLD IAC – Italian Chef Association
3. ELIGIBILITY:
   Professional chefs, semi-professional chefs, culinary students, and artisans in Vietnam and abroad.
4. COMPETITION TIMELINE
   • Registration period: March 18, 2025 – April 15, 2025
   (Note: Registration may close early if the maximum number of contestants is reached.)
   • Guidance Workshop: March 15, 2025 (Afternoon)
   • Official Competition: April 16 – 19, 2025
