The competition will feature nearly <strong>20 expert judges<\/strong> from <strong>eight countries<\/strong>, including Vietnam, the United States, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, France, and Taiwan. More than <strong>100 contestants<\/strong>\u2014including professional chefs, young chefs, and culinary students from Vietnam, India, Malaysia, Taiwan, and beyond\u2014will compete across <strong>16 categories<\/strong>, such as appetizers, main courses, fine dining menus, artistic pastry displays, and modern vegetarian cuisine.<\/p>\n<p>At its core, the competition seeks to explore the richness of Vietnamese ingredients\u2014from vegetables, rice, and herbs to traditional spices\u2014reimagined through modern cooking techniques and elegant presentations. This is not only a platform for showcasing culinary skills but also a chance to assert Vietnamese cuisine\u2019s creativity and adaptability in a globalized world. It also serves as a launchpad for Vietnamese gastronomy to reach greater recognition on the world culinary map.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Notably, the top three winners<\/strong> will be selected to represent Vietnam at the <strong>Culinary Olympics 2025<\/strong>\u2014an international culinary contest set to take place in <strong>Carrara, Italy<\/strong>, in <strong>November 2025<\/strong>, gathering chefs from more than <strong>20 countries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Through <strong>Master Chef of FOODEX 2025<\/strong>, Vietnamese cuisine is not only celebrated but also approached in a more modern and professional manner.
