OFFICIAL REGISTRATION FOR CONTESTANTS IS NOW OPEN!<\/p>\n

Master Chef of Foodex<\/strong> is an international professional culinary competition that brings together top chefs from Vietnam and across Asia. The contest is organized by the Investment and Trade Promotion Centre of Ho Chi Minh City (ITPC)<\/strong> in collaboration with Caf\u00e9 Show Vietnam<\/strong>, as part of the 4th Ho Chi Minh City International Food Industry Exhibition (HCMC Foodex)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udcab Following the success of 2024<\/strong>, the competition returns with the mission to:
\n\u2728 Spread the essence of Vietnamese cuisine to the global culinary community.
\n\u2728 Create a professional environment for Vietnamese chefs to challenge themselves and enhance their skills.
\n\u2728 Discover the best talents to represent Vietnam at the “Culinary Olympic 2025”<\/strong>, organized by World IAC in Italy (November 2025)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
